Property Management Fees

Tenant finding and placement fee - $550 (one-time charge per tenancy; no same tenant lease renewal fees.....ever!)
Management fees - 7% of rent collected per month

Tenant finding and placement fee includes: Credit report, employment and rental history verification, showing property, lease agreements, move-in coordination, utility coordination.

Management fees include: Monthly report, monthly visual inspection, quarterly home inspection, coordination of repairs and maintenance(WE NEVER TAG ON A CHARGE FOR OUR WORK), collection and disbursement of rents, coordination of legal proceedings(if necessary)

One Time Tenant Finder's Fee:  One time tenant finder and placement fee of $650.  Although we recommend that you use our monthly management services, if you wish to manage the property yourself we can find and place the tenant in the property and carry out all the standard background, rental, credit, and employment checks, in addition to all contracts, disclosures, and walk throughs.

Allied Realty Group is a full service real estate brokerage that manages single-family homes and condos throughout the Sacramento area. The cost of our full service management is 7% of collected revenues with an initial tenant finding, approving, and placement fee of $550. Our price is discounted compared to the standard industry price for this type of management. We try to keep our prices low and we don’t hit you with unexpected charges.
